Michelle Gabrieloff-Parish
Co-Founder & Principal
Michelle brings over 27 years of experience uniting the fields of sustainability and justice. She is a former US State Department BoldFood fellow (Uganda) and served as a US delegate for the Colorado River in Mexico. Michelle serves on the Colorado Water Equity Partnership, the advisory board for Frontline Farming, and the State of Colorado’s “Biochar for Oil and Gas Plugging” Working Advisory. She is the founder of FLOWS (Foundations for Leaders Organizing for Water and Sustainability) an environmental justice program and budding non-profit She has studied intensively with Joana Macy as a facilitator for the “Work That Reconnects” and is a permaculture teacher and student. She is also a poet, currently featured at Meow Wolf Denver.
As founder of the “Once and Future Green”, Michelle consults for and trains Frontline communities, governments, and institutions to forward community-driven climate solutions with anti-oppression and ecological design tools.
Ramon Gabrieloff-Parish
Co-Founder
Ramon is an assistant professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at Naropa University. He focuses on the equity dimensions of the sustainability movement through courses in food and environmental justice. He also teaches foundations in embodiment, contemplative learning and theory, diversity and social identity, Afrofuturism, African cosmologies, and community learning.
Ramon supports organizations and institutions embody more forward-thinking practices with interactive workshops, classes and events. Bridging social justice, sustainability, cultural technologies, and arts, Ramon brings heart into all his consulting and education. He is committed to community, cultural and cosmic regeneration through his community work with Golden Bridge, Youth Passageways, and the board of Frontline Farming.

Rinchen Indya Love
Independent Consultant
Rinchen’s childhood was spent amidst the awe-inspiring Himalayan foothills of India, instilling in her a reverence for the sanctity of nature and the interconnectedness of all living beings.
In 2017, she joined FLOWS (Foundations for Leaders Organizing for Water and Sustainability), as a volunteer and eventually became the Program Coordinator. At FLOWS, Rinchen engages in in-depth explorations of social and climate injustices, particularly with marginalized communities such as People of Color, immigrants, and underinvested communities – communities to which she belongs.
Rinchen serves on the City of Boulder’s Guaranteed Income Task Force, the Boulder County Climate Policy Action Leadership Collaborative, and is board secretary for Harvest of all First Nations.

Andrea Yoloteotl

Andrea Yoloteotl Nawage works to create opportunities for reparations for Indigenous communities and communities of color. She graduated with an Environmental Studies degree at Naropa University, with a minor in Peace Studies, Food Justice and with a Permaculture Design Certificate.
Andrea is Indigenous from Mexico and is the Chief Executive Director and Founder of the non-profit Harvest of All First Nations (HAFN) empowering communities through projects and education, focused on Indigenous-led reparations, rematriation & Earth-based Decolonization for the benefit of BIPOC peoples. HAFN reclaims Indigenous governance within the non-profit world to help break patriarchal colonialist systems.
Phaedra Pezzullo
Independent Consultant
Phaedra C. Pezzullo is an associate professor at the University of Colorado Boulder. She has authored, co-authored and edited nine books and multiple academic articles on environmental justice and climate justice communication. She serves as a founding Co-Director of C3BC (Creative Climate Communication & Behavior Change Center) and the Just Transition Collaborative. Committed to public engagement, she has partnered and consulted with many over decades of service, including the American Bar Association, the Sierra Club, and government planning departments. Pezzullo has dual citizenship in the US and Italia/EU.
